Techno Advance Systems has a state-of-the-art infrastructure facility that is designed to support its PCB assembly and box building operations. Some of the key features of this facility include:
- Our facility is equipped with the latest machinery and equipment to support our PCB assembly and box building processes, including surface mount technology (SMT) lines, through-hole assembly equipment, and box building machinery. To ensure consistent and high-quality results, our manufacturing area is maintained at a controlled temperature and humidity.
- For our more critical and sensitive projects, we have designated clean room assembly areas that meet strict cleanliness requirements and minimize contamination risks. Our facility includes secure and organized storage areas for materials and components, as well as efficient material handling systems to streamline our assembly processes.
- We have a variety of testing and inspection equipment, including optical inspection systems and functional testers, to ensure that all of our assemblies meet our high standards of quality and reliability. With a focus on continuous improvement, we are constantly evaluating and upgrading our infrastructure to support the ever-evolving needs of our customers and the electronic manufacturing industry.
